How do you find out who the owner is of an LLC?

I checked next to the secretary of state surrounded by TN and they said it cost $20.00 to find out who the agents of the company are but they said they don't hold on to track of who the actual "owner" is.

Answers:
Many states own a corporation go through website that also encompass LLCs because most LLCs hold state reporting requirements.

I found this website: http://www.tennesseeanytime.org/soscorp/...

Just type in the describe of the LLC and hit enter; when you find the company you are looking for; click on the More Details tab. This website will convey you the registered agent of the LLC and his/her address. You should direct adjectives correspondence to this individual; a great deal of times the registered agent of the LLC/Corp is an owner or shareholder.

$20.00 is a bit steep for a text go through, but it may be worth it if you are contained by a desperate situation.

I hope this info help.
