I basically started working at Panera Bread in Jacksonville Florida? How is it? I've hear some impossible things.?

I work at panera and I similar to it. Like the entity above me said, A lot depends on your co workers and manager. I am fortunate to enjoy great co workers and manager. If you work tricky near will be lots of possibilities to move up. I simply become a shift governor.
Bad things- Salmon salad, chicken salad, break policy for manager, closing dining room, taking precision of a toilet that someone stuffed full of composition and throw up ( yea you won't own to do that but I did yesterday and I almost threw up- long story)
Good things- Most of the food, the associates I work near, possibility to move up, other opportunity inwardly the company.
Did you shift to planet bread but?
I meditate resembling any work place it's going to depend seriously on the store, your coworkers, and your superior. I worked at Express (the clothing store) on two occasion. The first time I like my coworkers, but my boss be a complete *&^%$^&. It be horrible, and I despicable coming in to work every afternoon.
The second time be much better, due contained by ample fragment to the certainty that my boss be a million times better. Spend some time beside your boss and coworkers, trust your instincts, and don't be afraid to move off. It's singular a section time profession, you can other capture another one. Good luck!
