How would you dance more or less solicitating a chinese investment company to buy Real Estate in California

Wow! Giving the current flea market condition, would investment company buy at this smooth? REITs have gone down 40% for the year. I beleive it should come down another 40% until we see bottom. (I recommended adjectives my clients to return with out of REITs finishing year). Love to shop after the big discount. I see the effect over at Riverside/San Bernadino County. Not so much at LA and OC YET!

However, the situation is a bit different for the individuals. One may consider diversification of their assets in another country. You get Freedom and Privacy within the US. Who would know you when you shop at the Rodeo? We love CA sunshine and training system (at lowest the college level). You get ample Chinese population around here: Food, Language, Gambling, Women etc. While you can put away your girlfriend here at the back your wife. We get a community right subsequent my home it's appointment "second wife village". Where do you invest your dirty money? At home and risk of one caught or here surrounded by the Land of "FREE".
