Council of Foreign Relations. Their adjectives aspiration is to open out borders, centralize establishment (world government), follow Agenda 21, intervene in international affairs, and create everlasting entanglements that suck the worlds resources dry, for the benefit of a few.
Basically, everything against restricted political affairs, free enterprise, and nouns surrounded by foreign affairs, when not required. It's similar to a neocon collectivists wet-dream.

Well they are representing a political shell of the intercontinental bank system. So the CFR objectives, are somewhat unbelievably similar to the bank aristocracy... The other objectives that are even smaller amount politically correct will be handle by the bank directly within a close by adjectives! Even todays current stock open market crisis fueled by the existing estates worries, will lead the bank purchase most smaller landers... It is why most western main bank are going to shed billions of $ to cover ''their'' lost, so to catch a final leverage against them... I guess its representing one second chess moves on the board until that time we in fact see their REAL intentions... Which are not going to be perfect for most of us...
