What would you do give or take a few this?
I have been employed at my post for 10 years. I am at a point where I want to move on to another work. Last Monday my boss tells me they might fire one of the supervisors and let me give somebody a lift his place because he is complaining about hours and has a firm time handling his people. They sit me down for an hour detailing the job and income, which is about $400 per month more. Then on Friday they tell me they are going to contribute him another chance to improve, but.if he does it again I will obtain the job. What would you do? Stay and hope he messes up or start looking for another job. I am only just very upset because I think they should hold handled this differently. At least don't narrate me the future salary!!
Answers: I can't believe your boss shared information approaching that with you! It's one thing to connotation to an employee that they should consider putting in for a supervisor position, but it be totally unprofessional for them to tell you that the person you'd be replacing is probably going to be fired. He should enjoy said someone in the position might be leaving. It still would enjoy been true, gotten the point across, and would be much more respectful to the supervisor to which they were referring.
I'd give the company. If the situation you explained is an example of how they handle their employees within general, it tells me that they don't know how to respect them. You of late don't share job performance information close to that.
Think of it this way, if you do become a supervisor and make a few mistakes, do you reflect on they would talk this way give or take a few you to your staff?
Start looking for another job!
If you were already not enjoy your current job...
It's a great sign to move on.
But don't consent to this one go until you are CERTAIN
that you have the topical one:-)
Also...you have all the right to be upset:-(
they should enjoy D-E-F-I-N-I-T-E-L-Y handled this differently
that's another good sign to verbs
