its one next to great co-workers - people you become great friends with as time go by - people that become a second family, advisors, your giggle & smile in times of sadness, the family that understand you, because they are with you adjectives day... every day... adjectives the time. :)
it's one that you can be a follower or a leader and know the entire staff is behind or beside you - knowing you enjoy a strong leader, and supporting their decisions...

Having no commission that stills pay you a great salary. Now that's a devout job! A good brief is doing something you enjoy and would probably do for free, but getting paid alot of money for it.
