What does it miserable when a mission interviewer say "you will be working at easier said than done labor"?

Answers:    Working at hard labor means that the mission requires physical strength and stamina. It is not for those who are weak, uncoordinated, who can not stand to work physically for prolonged periods at soaring output.

A job that involves loading trucks with indigestible boxes would be called hard labor if one loads one truck after another most of the afternoon.
Physical demands...lifting, hauling...visions of a prison chain gang?? ;=} You're going to prison.
