I'm 16 and i'm currently not in school but i am trying to bring a job.only problem is i dont hold my working papers and i can only get them from my arts school while attending and boy does that suck for me because as you already know im not in school. I wont be capable of attend till august due to some personal reasons that do not relate to pregnancy if that is what any of you are thinking but my cross-question is. is there a way they'll hire me beside out working papers? couldnt i just show them my birth certificate passport and social financial guarantee card and identification because i am not goin to wait till august to acquire a job!! someone please answer my question

they are distributed through the school system any at school or the board of education/superintendents office.
if you are not out of institution legally they may not issue you the permit you will only just have to see. since you are already registered for school contained by august this probably won't be an issue.
Connecticut law does not require graduation or attendance in arts school but the final decision rest with the superintendents department.
no employer in their right mind would hire a minor in betrayal of the law. child labor laws are the most enforced labor law in the US and carry the stiffest penalty.

i don't think you can because if they interveiw you they might ask you if you graduated from the college you go to and if you don't have the answer to that characteristics of question then i have a sneaking suspicion that they aren't going to hire you because you need a good justification why you want to work and i think they might tell you if you hold a diploma thing and stuffs but other that you need more than a sercuity number and adjectives that kind stuff because they ask you questions
