Serious decision to produce here. Who wishes to sustain?
I need advice roughly this situation...
I just graduated next to a bachelor's degree and moved from my apartment back surrounded by with my parents cuz I didn't have a opportunity and therefore had no money to wages the rent.
My plan was to get a acting job until i found a job contained by a bigger city a few hours away. It's been a few months (I graduated within december) and I still haven't found a (real) job here or there.
This is the issue:
Should I basically quit looking for jobs here and just focus on looking surrounded by the other city so I won't have to quit after a few weeks (if I happen to find a post here)?
Or should I get a job here anyway? Would it look desperate on my resume if I only worked somewhere for such a short period?
I reallllly want to move, preferably during the summer (or at lowest possible early fall) so should I take a available job (in the city) even if it's not related to my major?
And remember.I live with my parents so I'm trying to move out ASAP.
Answers: I would focus on the other city. You could disappear off the job that you hold short residence, but realistically it is going to take you a while to find something. IF you get something where on earth you are, do it part time or volunteer.
Talk with the craft services office of the college you attended. They can help you next to job search strategies...because the sooner you move out, the sooner your parents can turn your bedroom contained by to an office! ;)
