Sad waitress?
well this past month i enjoy been working as a waitress for this restaurant. THis is my first job everr. Today be probably the worst day...on account it be mother's day. it was totally busy...and my bosss kept yell at me...i made so many mistakes...and the people kept staring at me approaching i was crazy. i am soo sad. I don't know if i should of late quit. But i like waitressing, i like it when the customers are super nice but the snobby super dependent customers just throws me off, and it make the whole day worse.. but i similar to it since my coworkers are nice. but ughh i dont know. My biggest problem is that i am so slow when its busy...i cant go fast because i know under the weather make a mistake. but i really do like this mission. Please help me out?! Any advice?! do you cogitate i'll get better with this?
Answers: mother's daytime is the busiest day of the year. don't feel impossible, even 20 year veteran waitresses dread that day. you are lucky you have nice co-workers. the customers on mother's sunshine are the neediest and they all think they are the ONLY ones next to a mom! don't base your performance on this daylight. and your boss was probably under extreme pressure, it's a difficult morning for servers but far worse for the managers.
Waitressing is a difficult job. If you own been there for awhile you are probably a perfect waitress. Sometimes when its busy its stressful when waiting on people.
People can be nice and people can be sassy, I dream up waitressing is the hardest job because you have to really vigilance about sassy people as much as the nice ones raison d`¨ētre your pay is from tips.
Try to correct your mistakes. If after awhile you dont like waitressing, you can find something else that you might close to.
Oh my I remember all the awfull , horrible , nasty, snotty ,let-my -kids-run-all-over-the -damnd-resturaunt types...and the supper dependent ..oh and the ones who like to fuc(a) with you to bring free food. I wwould like to choke the shi% right out of them.YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.I will ALWAYS remember you all...It will be ok contained by the long run..find ways to get even out side of work with out harm them to bad..and your job...I really revulsion the teenagers..Yes i was one once BUT i had really appropriate manners for a pothead...so what you can be a crazy teenager but be polite to whom serves you food..YOU really dont know what your server is capible of...ARG...holy crap i still got a chip on my shoulder...honest luck anyhow...
