Job hiring?
I applied at a store with my friend today who are opening soon and I get a call back an hour next telling me my interview is tomorrow early. Are they desperate since they are comparatively new or is it going to be a huge group interview as there be a lot of people in attendance applying and what not.
Also in the job interview when they ask at the cessation if I have any questions for them, what the hell am I supposed to ask to a minimum wage store that would "put me out there" so to speak?

Answers: Usually when a store is opening soon, they want to hire as much people as they can since the big grand opening, it doesn't niggardly they're desperate, most places, it takes them a long time to make a final decistion, and they're really picky in the region of who they hire, i think that's why you got a telephone call really fast. As for asking questions, you always want to ask question, when they ask if you have any questions, this shows the interviewer, that you are interested surrounded by the job. If it's a group interview, and you're the only one asking question, it will make you stand out more, thus, giving you a better chance of getting hired, next the other people. Ask them what the culture is like at the store, or generate a little joke, by wise saying "when can I start", then laugh, and agree to them know that you're just kidding, next say to them, "I'am very interested contained by this position, and i'm very impress by everything you told me about the company, what would be our subsequent step?" This let them know that you're very interested, and it will also consent to you know where you stand. GOOD LUCK!
I always ask if in attendance is room for advancement. It's always worked for me. This lets the interviewer know that you are motivated and enjoy intentions on doing the best job possible. Don't worry give or take a few the job being minimum wage right immediately. If there is room to grow you'll be making more money before you know it.
