i am applying for a job as a community housing support worker and have come across a section in the form which read:
"please record in this wedge any experience, abilities, skills, knowledge and circumstances that are directly related to the creature specification, which accompanies this application form. the information you write in this fragment, such as your experience, must link to the person specification, other stuff will not be considered in the shortlisting process."
what does this mean? i'm confused

Answers: it deeply means; mention any previous jobs you've have, or any places you did work experience, what you learned from them, your skills (ie: computer, people, group situations, hardworking etc). and things that construct you think you can do this specific job ie (im hardworking and love helping people) you must SELL YOURSELF!
