Interview...backing!?

ok...I have an interview for a receptionist job working for HSBC!

I'm pretty like a cat on hot bricks about this interview, as I am a college student seeking full time employment, and i really want to make a great mark and be prepared!

I have found that some common question include:

1. tell me a bit about yourself
(what sort of things would i chat about here?)

2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
(i'm ok beside the strength bit, but i have no idea what to right to be heard for weaknesses.if anyone has any examples, i would be enormously grateful)

Thanks for any help

Answers:    The first question involves discussion about your job history and why you deem that you would be a good fit for the position that you are applying for. Its what they are indirectly looking for.

The second question would be answered by maxim that my strengths can sometimes become weaknesses in that I focus so much on my work, I forget to provide status updates to my arranger or work so hard to meet a deadline, I don't bring enough breaks...
After finishing college, I interviewed for about 4-5 positions (accounting). So, I assume the interview atmosphere would be similar. Here are my suggestions.

When asked to describe myself I spoke in the order of EVERTHING. Every job you've ever had is far-reaching when you have little to no experience in the pen. Re-inforcing your dependability and work ethic in past job is important. Let them know that no matter what profession you've ever had - it was far-reaching to you and you did your best.
Also, if you have academic or religious accomplishments I would use those to describe your personailty. It shows the your commited and honest.
As for the strengths and weakness - elaborate on my above paragraph for strengths. I was never asked almost my weaknesses, and I can't imagine why someone would hindmost a potential employee into that corner!

Also, always bring a crisp copy of your resume next to you. It gives them something to hold and read while they interview you!

Good luck!
It's good that you're getting prepared for the question that are going to be asked of you,

but what about...

The questions you entail to ask the employer?
