I inevitability relief moving out of my dept.?

Right now, i am working at a casino. I am the bingo caller and would close to to switch dept. but the thing is, i cant go anywhere until they find a unknown caller. But when they get unusual employees in bingo they generrly upset or imtimatade the new guys, (the customers i mean) and nobody really wants to name balls.
what should i do? put in my 2-weeks spot? the casino cant really find anyone to replace me permantly, i should also note that i am about to finsih my vocational skool and am thininkg aboot finding an bureau to work in. should i just go the casino?

Answers:    capably now is not the time to be leaving a charge when you dont have one lined up, own you talked to your current job almost your problem and if you are planning on leaving anyway you should make them aware of it so they can I don`t know start training someone to call balls
