More and more jobs today are person contracted out to other companies. I suggest you try searching for various employment agencies and contractors contained by your area. Companies and organizations do the hiring so that the larger companies don't enjoy to. It is more cost effective for them. This is especially true in IT, Marketing, Governement, and Healthcare. Don't do Project Payday, it's dumb, i've done it, not really worth it. (just as a side note)
ANYWAYS, you've taken the first step, if you're contained by a rush, talk to the councelor of the school you go to (if there is one) and ask him/her what you can do.

Dont listen to projectpayday guy, hes spamming and you'll end up paying around 30-50% over the probability.
Send your CV's directly to HR departments, visit door to door, when applying show an interest in the company: research them and mention what you close to in the covering letter, get your CV brief and relevant, if necessary see a careers advisor, mobilization agent and CV writer in your local area. CV writers can be pricey but career advisors and recruitment agents are free as they work off commission from the companies.
