Hello, I hold a situation?

I had an interview at a place of employment, the interview went fine, but surrounded by order to actually bring hired in, you must attend a three week traning class that lasts for nine hrs a sunshine, in which you are required to wear business attire. The first week of training, you are in an actual classroom, and the second and third week of training is on a commission site. OK, here's the problem: My second day in class I CLOSED MY EYES for going on for a minute, and my training instructor made it seem as if I was sleeping so firm that I might as well have be in a coma, then, he took me to the side and get on my case for not wearing business attire (I don't own a suit but I was dressed surrounded by a professional manner), although I was indeed not the only soul that wasn't wearing a business suit, I am the only one that he choose to pick on about it, and yesterday I wasn't competent to go to training because I was have trouble with my car, and he terminated me from training which resources that my future employment with

Answers:    If you enjoy not signed a contract, then you have no grounds for permissible recourse. Most companies consider the training period to be probationary. I would suggest purchasing a business suit or something similar if you want to pursue these kinds of positions. Also, it is not ok to sleep, rest your eyes, etc. during training. This is the first indication to the company of what kindly of employee you will be. Not paying attention during training tell them that you are not the kind of employee they're looking for.
-Ok
If you believe you be dressed in the way they asked to be dressed next unfortunately thats just life span.
But if you were'nt then that is your denounce, a good saying contained by business '' always dress like your the owner '' even if your financial situation isnt at its best.
Maybe you should'nt of closed your eyes.
But i agree it is kind of unfair the treatment you get.
Best of luck.
Jimmys answer below is true as well.
Find a different place of employment. You were not dressed according to the guidelines (surely you could own borrowed something or even went to Goodwill...they have jacket and such). You were unprofessional in class.

I work within a Career Services Office, and I promise you that this is a fishy story. You did more than just shut your eyes for a minute.
You have really answered your own quiz, you need to find another job, and do your categorical best to impress.
Put yourself in their shoes, would you employ you? And...

You didn't comply beside the dress code and you weren't paying attention during training. Why would they waste any extramural resources on you?

IT'S NOT OK TO SLEEP AT WORK! Regardless of how long.
In a simplest term, you screwed up.

The fact that you don't own the attire that the work place requires is not the problem of your company. They expect you contained by the attire and you need to purchase them.

The fact that you slept/wasn't_paying_attention is also not their problem. You should hold been paying attention.

The certainty that you had a car problem isn't their problem any. The fact remains, you didn't recieve the training.

You were contained by the most critical stage of your employment - training to get the job. All these factor combined, you didn't make the cut.

Your trainer may have arranged to over-look other's one or two minor infractions, but you made several. I'm sorry, you need to look for another job.

I'm if truth be told surprised you are trying to find fault in your employer by considering a endorsed actions. I don't see any descriminations here and I don't see any improper conduct here any.
