I've seen some other stuff about them, but I'm not sure how the see works?

Answers:    If you are posting jobs on Monster and such, they will find it and ask your permission to repost the profession on their site. So, if you don't want them to repost it, they won't. But, since it seems like you want that to take place, all you need do is loaf for them to call you and they'll have you sign an agreement.
You can’t post directly on Career Network, but you can post on any other post board and have the results show up on Career Network. So if you already have a Monster or CareerBuilder information then you can continue posting on them and also enjoy the advantage of having more post seekers see your posting because it will be picked up by Career Network. It is run by the same outfit who gave us VeriResume, Toospoiled.com and Instant Human Resources. They enjoy had some very desperate reports at the BBB. There is no evidence that it is a geniune company.
You can’t because they are taking job ads that already exist on other sites and putting them together so that their manage goes further. They are basically taking undertaking offers from a bunch of other job boards and reposting them together within one convenient location. So no, but yes.
Not exactly. If you’ve posted a job on any of the other job boards your posting will automatically show up on Career Network.
