Can I pilfer my employer to court for Slander?
I have just be accused of falsifying time sheets at work which I did not do, I work piece time 16 hrs and I am now waiting to hear from my boss to see if he is going to sack me or not.. At first he was going to sack me and after audible range my side of the story he has told me to go home until he contacts me. If he sack me can I take him for Slander ( i cant go for undue dismissal as I havent been there 12 months. Please, can any one submission any solutions

The only people who ever win surrounded by such cases are the lawyers who get the fees (and I speak as one). Consider whether you want to be capable of get any sort of reference from this guy, and indeed whether you ever want to be employed again - most employer are in at least one network club, and they will talk about "trouble makers" amongst themselves. Unless you have a strong enough case to know how to convince a lawyer to do it 'no win, no fee', you'd have to repay the costs yourself (no legal aid for this sort of stuff), and if you lost you might well enjoy to pay your employers costs as ably.
The guy sounds like he's trying to lay you off short giving you any redundancy you might be due. Obviously, this is unfair, and sucks, but it might be best to have a collaborate with him and get him to tolerate you go with a week's wages.
If he's get half a brain he's sent you home until he has proof any in your favour or against you. If it's against you consequently you will be sacked... Take him to court. nope, you won't have a hope, he's get proof, you lose. It's defamation if he tells others that you did something (usually criminal) that you did not do. Usually you don't have need of alot of proof to file a suit for defamation.
i would want to publicly clear my term...so i would get advice on pursuing a slander valise...& if he puts anything in writing...keep it - that might be disparaging...but you had better have proof of the cause he is firing you. good luck! you can.constructive dismissal.seek guidance from your soliciter.
