Any Grill Chefs here?

I'm interviewing for a Grill Chef position soon and was wondering if anyone could give me any tips. I haven't worked contained by a kitchen for 6 years, but I cook a lot at home, and barbeque quite a bit, would it be similar?

Answers:    You will imagined be cooking steaks and seafood to order. Working in kitchens kill my spirit. I hate it but wish you luck. In your interview poise and confidence are your best friends. Not, I chew over so, but, Yes I can! Even if you're not sure. Have you experience? Rely on what you know, and act like you know more than you do. Have your reference ready. Don't forget to look sharp!

im a chef and was wondering how can u be interviewing someone for a post u no nowt about its not an easy duty my advice would be to employ someone who have a few years experience of this job and doing bbq for friends and family is a different to satisfying cheques for dozens of customers good luck no
