Am I going crazy? I am a Journeyman Machinist that make moral money, and over 20 yrs exp and I cant hold on to a employment
In the Manufacturing sector, we have seen millions of job go to China , Mexico and everywhere else. It seems whenever I look at the duty listings , its the same old sweatshop companies who cant hold their employees because they treat them like dirt and dont settle very well. The owners of the companies contained by my area have banded together and set a money scale so an employee cant hurdle from one crappy job to another and make better money. I moved here from another state where on earth employers are not as able to control the charge market and when I got here I be in shock at the working conditions.
So I quit. Got another job, EVEN WORSE. I even have one employer tell me " You aint in Kansas anymore, Dorothy, So if you dont approaching it, we can put you on our Blackball list and you wont find work anywhere"
I cant say here what I said to him or I will procure violated.
Every time I take one of these loser jobs I lone last a week or two and get frustrated and quit.
SO, IS IT ME, AM I GOING NUTS , WHAT DO I
