A career I am applying for requires erudition of Word 6. What is Word 6 exactly?
Answers: Haha, sorry mate I don't think you qualify. Its a word processing program, for writing documents.
"Word 6" is Microsoft Word version 6 which be released in the mid-1990s; it's pretty obsolete as Word version go these days but some places still use it. Some individuals call it MS Word 94.
After version 6 MS stopped naming numerically and started naming by year - the publication after Word6 was Word 97 which was slice of the Office 97 package.
The present version is MS Office 2007 near Word version 2007 (2008 for Mac).
If you are able to use any word processing application, you should be capable of learn MS Word version 6 well. You might suggest that this employer could get much better functionality (compared to Word6) with Open Office which is free. http://www.openoffice.org/
file: Word 7 and Word 2007 are not the same. Word 7 is from 1997.
Its a word processing package. Your stipulation to know how to type, layout documents etc. Its easy to learn....I did. I immediately use Word 7 that I got as a gift a short time ago this week. Picked that up in no time. Good Luck! dude, good luck...
this one made me giggle cause even a 13year old know what that it. BUT at least your trying for a job, better afterwards the scum that don't.
