What happen to your earnings within a leap year?

Someone mentioned that subsequent year will be a leap year, and that get me thinking, what happen to your gross during a leap year?
If you enjoy to work on February 29th (eg if it falls on a week-day a bit than a weekend), are you salaried for it? It shouldn't be a problem for ethnic group who are compensated hourly, but what just about race who are rewarded a monthly pay?

Answers:
Your pay is as stated per annum. There's no definition in that context of how several days a year consists of, it's freshly a year. No extra, I'm afraid!
you will draw from remunerated an extra year.
Nothing happen as far as I know. You are on a remuneration for a intention. You work however oodles hours it take to obtain the opening done and you find remunerated X amount of dollars. Period.
I'd predict your recompense rate decrease, when you draw from salaried vote 50k per year it's newly that 50k for a year of working they don't adjust it for the extra afternoon i don't believe.
Most ancestors on monthly settle up their gross is an annual numeral divided by 12 for earnings purposes. There is no difference for an annual earnings surrounded by a leap year... You necessarily work an extra hours of daylight for alike take-home pay. Hard luck but at hand it is... Everyone else is surrounded by alike boat.
In a leap year you enjoy to work Feb. 29th for free.

It sucks, but that's the opening it is. Blame Roman Emperor Julius Caesar (100 BC - 44 BC), because the calendar we use today is the Julian calendar, crafted by Julius Caesar.
Well as far as I know it, even if it is a leap year, we go and get remunerated for a forty hour week, no concern what.

Check your contract. Mine say my settle is accrue each day. And after adjectives you don't win remunerated one and the same every month because they don't adjectives own like peas in a pod number of days.
