I've be contained by control and operation for give or take a few 5yrs. And just this minute own be doing more work in HR. I really close to the recruit aspect and would similar to to start doing recruit of administrative personnel. However, I'm at a loss where on earth to start. What are the best companies to gain into entry-level? What are the most relevant skills? What are great transferable skills? What is the average pay cheque? And how do you best build contacts?
