Selling Alchohol?

I would approaching to work at Food Lion surrounded by SC.
But I don't want to enjoy to vend alchohol. I know that you own to be 18 to serve it but do you own to be 18 to go it?

(The root I'm asking is if I'm not 18, I don't own to provide it and I can still work in that.)

Answers:
Most credible yes, you enjoy to be 18 to market it. In Texas you own to be 18 to sell/serve. And 21 to drink it. Selling and serving is duplicate article surrounded by their eyes. YOU are responsible for what happen after it leaves the bar/cooler. (If someone buys a drink, or is served a drink from you and they progress outside, capture surrounded by their saloon, and verbs out contained by front of someone slaughter them, you can be held responsible.) I don't know in the order of SC, but surrounded by TX, look up TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission). You might also try questioning for SC Liquor license...
For cashiers in supermarkets? I don't conjecture so. I hold see 16 year olds surrounded by TX vend cigarettes and alcohol to general public. Generally you own to be at least possible 18/21 to serve alcohol within a restaurant, but I don't believe nearby is a rule against selling it as a teller surrounded by a supermarket.
