Question in the order of my post give memo?
I get a living give communication within the correspondence today for my current profession which starts contained by a few days. In the notification it say: "Welcome to ###! I am pleased to confirm our tender and your taking on of the Financial Analyst position, starting no following than September 4, 2007. Your starting take-home pay will be #### salaried bi-weekly. This is an exempt position." What does that end sentence parsimonious? Exempt position?

As everyone else have stated- you are unacceptable to earn OT. If this position is approaching most of the others- this will work contained by the employer benefit.
If the employment requires 13 hours of your time contained by a daylight, you will bring salaried only close to if you put contained by 8.
But do not meditate that if you work is completed contained by 6 hours that adjectives employer will be sunny to see you leave- they will consider this to be precipitate and so consent to you know nearly this too as your position requires you to be in attendance 8 hrs.
Means you are on gross, you do not go and get overtime clear.
You are exempt from reception overtime.

It money that you do not earn overtime pay packet. Many professional positions are setup this agency base on guidelines set by the federal and state government. The plus is you are rewarded no thing how various hours you work so depending on the business if you enjoy a short work week you may not enjoy to clutch time rotten.
