Why does my coworker achievement similar to my superintendent?

there is this woman who works beside me and she act resembling my negotiator. She is other looking to see what im doing. She is other looking at my computer to see if im doing work. and she is other staring at me. its really annoying how do i confront her roughly speaking her outlandish behavior?

I did one and the same some time ago after wanting to disassociate beside someone who solitary said markedly cynical things almost a company which is fully clad and I like working for.
