Ok here go I use to work at this place here surrounded by town. By the Way I live contained by Ontario Sarnia. But anyways I use to work at this resturant. Here is the point they haven't remunerated me for the closing money time I hold worked and it does no show on the seperation serious newspaper the start date of getting salaried lone shows later rewarded time of year. Now here is the piece I own tried to contact them to own it changed and corrected but the guy never returns my call they other vote he is busy or have stepped out for the rest of the morning. I enjoy gone contained by at hand to see him several times but he is never in that. How do I stir nearly getting this corrected and who would I beckon to bring in that transpire. Give me a number I can appointment to correct this problem. Lots of my friends enjoy told me he is a stiff on paying ancestors that own worked nearby or adjectives at hand hours subsidise and stuff close to that.

Send him a registered epistle (so that you can prove that he have received it) stating that, unless your problem is resolved in a specified time (I would suggest 1-2 weeks anything you deliberate is right), next you will be seeking permitted act.
If he doesn't respond consequently you can help yourself to him to a small claims court (as long as your claim is underneath $15,000).

If he ignore your average requests for your papers and your subsidise rate, refuse to speak to you or see you, how else are you going to force him to provide them bar taking him to court?
