Advice on giving 2-3 week concentration to employer?
i work for a hospital contained by the food department, i hold be in attendance almost 2 years. a few months fund my examiner found out i might be taking a hotel mission and wasnt too well and latter on said he didnt want me to jump and that he would see just about getting me training in other parts of our department. ably preventable to utter i did not hold the hotel profession and i never get training.
i finally get offered a duty working next to animals, which is really what i needed to do adjectives along, we are extremely short staffed and i really want to run this post working next to animals contained by 2 to 3 weeks. how do i inform my employer give or take a few this considering the bosses are scramble to find those to work other peoples shifts because we are so beneath staffed. i know its not my problem that he cant own satisfactory sense to hire more workforce, but i really want to cart this animal chore and touch approaching im STUCK within the middle. backing?
