Give an example of a time when you deal beside a difficult customer?

...and how you go more or less doing this?

Hi, can some one post an wonderful answer to this examine. I know im supposed to use my own experiences but I own never deal beside a difficult customer! So can some one donate me an just what the doctor ordered answer to this cross-question?

I own have abundant years experiences of difficult customers ...

1..listen to the customers complaint
2. politely set aside to exchange item and apologise
3. argue eye contact and smile
4. never be forced into an argument
5. If the customers swears at you do not respond be polite at adjectives times..
6. If situation becoming difficult or you can not resolve it inform the customer that you perceive a superior would be more appreciate surrounded by dealing near the customer
7. Once deal beside run contained by the put money on and swear ...

My worst customer be a horrid man who refuse to remuneration for his fuel as his motor did not give somebody a lift as much fuel as what be outstanding at his pump..

I remained tranquil and explained that it be most incontestably his vehicle as i have not authorised any other transaction at that pump and explained how the system worked..

I explained how the cameras operate and when he said he would drive rotten as i be a ****** i smiled and within a sweet voice said he could do that but his registration be logged on our computer system and if he did drive stale the police would ring up at his home ...

Eventually as masses insults he realised it be his sports car he have put fuel within it to that amount and it be the wrong fuel ..He apologised for his vile ways and have to hang about over an hour for the garage to come out and drain the cistern ...
This guy come into the place I worked and he be batty going on for a ticket he have of late received. So when his coup¨¦ did not miss the smog at my commission he get batty and said I be on drugs. Then he stormed out. I sit thinking roughly what could enjoy made him consider such a piece. I own a disease not a drug addiction. I option I would've refuse service because that be slander of part. I could've sued. This is not going to win you any job though. Sorry. Just thought I'd share. But you could other say-so that you treated the customer next to respect and tried to accomodate to his(her) requirements.
