I be head-hunted for another position - smaller quantity stress, smaller quantity hours, more money, etc. The position is if truth be told a step down as far as responsibilities shift. I will be an Analyst instead of a Manager, but the earnings is so much better and near are a reduced amount of responsibilities and more perk! My boss have be within for me instinctively and also, help my husband seize a pious position at her husband's place of employment after he (my husband) sold his business and be looking in a scarce local commission open market. I discern bleak give or take a few departure, especially since it will create closely of stress on her to train someone to run the department so she is competent to focus on her duties as senior government. I know that this is the better choice for me, but can't assistance but have a feeling torn by my loyalty and gratitude toward my current boss. Any suggestions or words of experience?

My mom have other told me that you can't mix work and social lives (and she's an organization manager). So no situation what your atmosphere toward your current boss, you obligation to do what's best for you.
