How should I approach my boss of a co-worker that misses so lots days??

There is a female I work next to and she other missing work at lowest once a week and she other blames it on her daughter is sick or she is sick and is going to the doctor or she is other departing untimely or coming unpunctually because a doctor appointment for herself or her daughter. She is a single mother but she only messes too various days. My supervior is aware of how abundant days she misses and know that the rest of us have to cover for her and do her work. But the chief manager boss does not do anything roughly speaking it. This have gone on for a a short time over a year in a minute. How can I narrate or confront the person in charge boss roughly speaking this situation? This is rediculous she misses so lots days and when she is hear she is rude, not a squad player, and complains. I don't know why they put up near this. I know she have some problems at times but who doesn't this going over bored. Should I even enunciate anything or should I of late take no notice of this and only just verbs doing my commission?? I'm not the individual one who feel close to this within the department.
