After 23 years surrounded by the video rental business, we take to mean the customer can fashion you or break you, word of the month works both ways. love your customers, they're your backbone! And they'll nurture you, wages your bills, distribute your children to college, purely to designation a few.
Always great your customer beside "Hello" & "Thank You" Try extraordinarily tough to remember their name, if you can not recall their name, try to remember their obverse.
Not knowing what type of business your in, you could aslo remember what they close to and don't approaching when shopping. And never forget your a customer when out shopping, look and listen!
Try self a bit sort and treat them as you would want to be treated when shopping or dinning out!
