A 73 yr matured member of staff is becoming senile and useless. How can we convince the boss he requests to retire the guy?
This guy loses money and paperwork, puts them within wrong places or even within the trash. He once told me he like to thieve "as long as possible" to do the job--and take twice as long as anyone else to do anything. He wrote a transcribe to the Employee Dining Room Mgr complaining that within be no "F-ing bread"! He couldn't seize the tills out/tills contained by to meeting, and go to the restaurant and accuse the cashiers of hiding one of the tills and yell at them that they be liars--in front of customers! Everyone in our dept have to donate him directions adjectives afternoon long. We are disgusted that he is getting rewarded to do almost nil. I am the unofficial spokesperson for the rest of my co-workers, and I enjoy explained to the boss heaps times how much we want him gone, but he's still nearby. He doesn't have need of the money, he owns apt buildings and probably get Social Security and/or military retirement, so why do the rest of us hold to do most of the work while he skates along and get rewarded for it?
