Do individuals hold the right to access their prehistoric personnel files?
If you moved out a career and later latter re-applied to impossible to tell apart company, do you hold the right to know what's within your directory? Specifically, if they've dotted your wallet as "do not rehire," is H.R. required to report to you that? If you ask?

You articulate "your file" but within reality, the folder and the documents contained by it are generate by the company and are the property of the company. You may hold have better luck asking to see if since you vanished. As it stands, you can ask to see your personnel folder, or ask in the order of what it contains, but you don't own any guaranteed right to the information.
