Boss and also a Friend?
Well I am not sure but I own an hand who we enjoy become friends and stuff we run everywhere out of town party etc. I am still his boss at work but it seem at times he take help of our friendship approaching using cell phone when everybody else can’t and I hold told him roughly it on multiple occasion. He is in arrears to work sometimes something that we don’t tolerate and enjoy told him this and also give him a notification. What do I do? I know he really wants the errand and also I don’t want to lose our friendship? I know I shouldn’t own become friends beside an member of staff because this might transpire but I am into it already and involve some suggestion. Thanks

It sounds close to he's taking somewhat bit of an authority over you. Remind him of the rules, and how you are still his boss while you are in the bureau, but still friends everywhere else. Have a have a chat near him nearly what he is doing, and try to draw from him to listen to you something like the rules.

It's lonely at the top... what ever *top* you're at... it's complicated to own friendships near those you enjoy to get by. It get mortified when you hold to discipline or do the boss things.

This happen to me. Although neither of us still work for that company, our friendship have grown stronger as time have passed. When we did work together, he expected more of me than the other team so that he would not be accuse of favoritism. At duplicate time, I other followed adjectives the rules so that I would not jeopardize the friendship.
