Help!! fragment time job?

My brother can't find a situation, not even during summer break. very soon, he really have no money and wants a profession, but can't find one. Is he simply not trying complicated plenty? He drops the kids past its sell-by date at 8 am, picks them up at 2:30 pm and on thursday at 1 o clock. he say that it is difficult to gain a position because of these times. I bet some of the parents of the children going to college enjoy job.. so.. why can't he? 22 years-old have a GED, dropped out of highschool, and have attended college for historic 2 years. Now, he can't even afford books on his own. he plays on the computer mostly and have skills of any other soul. do you know an charge that have flowing times around pick up and drop past its sell-by date from college?
