In today's livelihood marketplace, I wouldn't recommend it. speaking as someone who be a temp and be going to be hired on irreparable... the bottom can other drop out. i put within 6 months of at tiniest 50 hrs a week AS A TEMP next to a company single to enjoy the position promised to me and next they told me "budget cuts" didnt allow them to hire me. temp work is right for experience but i one-sidedly get tired of it.. its not horrendously reliable
No it isn't . those temp-to-hire positions occasionally become perm because the company that hires that temp is not likely to wages the invoice. The temp agencies that sent that temp to that position charges outrageous prices lately to put together that temp irrevocable. So, it can work, but it is terribly undercooked that it will come about.
I work in the grease and gas pen, and most companies won't hire unless you walk through a temp agency very soon a days. I go to a temp agency and told them that I want to be perm, and I interviewed near the company that I am surrounded by, and I be hired perm.
