I am currently at a career that I used to love. I've be next to it for almost 8 months in a minute, just now get a elevate. I delight in working near most of my co-workers and I do similar to my supervisor. A couple of items that make things difficult for me, first my diary. I'm not full time and I'm not piece time. I'm what is call "flex time" where on earth my hours can rise and fall between 30-35 hours and near is no sign of that shifting or moving up to another position, which brings to a second problem. Due to recent budget cuts, they own stopped hiring ethnic group and stopped promoting inhabitants which is what I want to do and enjoy made it clear next to my supervisor. I am surrounded by a position where on earth a soul can move up hastily. My supervisor have the position I have and 10 months after that, he be a supervisor but because of money issues, that isn't arranged anytime soon and the company open a customer service center down within Phillipines doing exactly what I am doing but for cheaper. I own satisfactory money within my ridge account
