New name same 'company'...?

I worked for a company that in a couple days be in the region of to fire me on false pretense...simply 'he said she said', but proved to be a recline almost rapidly. The admin that be attempting to fire me said sorry (once they found out it wasn't true), and still said I might gain fired!? Yes, strange. They never did anything to the slandering party.
I be offered another work, and a bit than dealing next to guidance that be going closer to a lawsuit (by their actions), I a short time ago took the other commission, and quit minus awareness.
Years then the company changed regulation and it's describe (ie it be bought out). I choice to work in attendance again, but I don't want to explain my reason for departing their former owners...
My examine is: will they be privy to the formers owner's employement information? I really don't surface similar to explaining something that can't be verified, but I'd similar to to work in attendance.

First I would weigh the pros and cons of the company you work for immediately. Do you approaching, or perceive comfortable beside your current employer and assignment ? What correction would you prefer ?
What be the apposite parts of your prior employment that might gross you want to run stern ?
I think through they immediately hold current upper running, but how lots workers that you worked near past are still near ? You might hold have a problem near the former organization... ok. But how be your working relationships next to your fellow workers ? Would you still be competent to work beside them.. and they beside you ?
The dated personell paperwork may be by the side of report as expected, but if you can create a appropriate shield and interview near the contemporary paperwork nearby should be no problem. Lots of general public return to former companies or are re absorded so to speak by aqisitions and buy outs.
