What's the best response to an emplyment rejection epistle?

I only just received a rejection memorandum from a company I want deeply defectively to work for. My thought is to reply next to an inquiry as to what skills be not strong adequate to warrant an interview, and express an interest in honing those skills to cause me an attractive runner. Any thoughts? This is my first attempt at posting question. Thanks.

It is not a fruitless hypothesis but the company will probably not answer your memo due to law concerning possible suits.

You might want to try anyways and indicate that you would close to to maintain your application current and that you would appreciate any direction on how to better prepare yourself for adjectives opening. Do not forget to thank them for the interviews and do not sate anything in a glum process.
yes convey them a memo and ask why and what be the source they rejected you...you own a right to know..
As an employer I would not respond to your sound out because as that employer the tiniest said when it comes to employment issues the better. Just as I would contribute a yes or no to you (generic) mortal a former member of staff and nought else.
Send a polite epistle thank them for considering you, motto you are disappointed your ability did not come upon their wishes on this fastidious episode, but that you hope they will hold your information on report for any adjectives requirements...
Instead look at their organizational structure and look at the merits of their current workforce, next try and fluff up those merits so that subsequent time they desire a contestant you will qualify.

Not to mention, try and gain as much experience as possible that will sustain you gain the merits they are looking for. Improve your interview skills, maybe that's where on earth you falter.
I would probably not bother sending a memo as it will expected be a fritter away of your time. The company is imagined too busy to respond your reminder. As far as skill honing go, it would probably give a hand. Exactly what skills you have need of depends on the opportunity that you be going for.
