How do I find out if a company out of the country is legit?

I've found ads through one of those trade finder sites for two companies that place English speakers in culture positions abroad. The companies have websites and the incentives are pretty good, but anyone can create a nice looking website and place a undertaking ad...so how do I know if these general public are for real? Someone suggested I ask the American Embassy surrounded by the countries being advertise, but I'm not sure how I would do that either. Please relieve.

By the way, one company be Eo Recruiting and Consulting and the other was G'day Korea. If you own personal experiences with any of those or some other suggestions, I would love to know what you have to say-so.
