I have an interview beside a company a few months ago, and just now I rent a resume for a different position. I touch resembling this company wishes zilch to do next to me base on how the interview go, and also the opening they've responded to me.
The fresh chore posting be one and only up for 4 days when I received a curt email fund adage that they would contact me and I should not contact them for any further commission interests. Then a moment ago a couple days ago I find out that a girl I know from university get an interview for impossible to tell apart opening! The brief posting's be up for a week! During the interview I be asked strange question "Why do you focus within this paddock one end is prominent?" along near "What is your favorite supervisor close to?" "Did you ever matter near a coworker who wasn't pulling their counterweight, and what happen to them?" I thought they would ask me extensively more or less my experience, but instead they asked me solely 2 and the rest of them have to do next to opinion of yourself question and other things I'd consider prattle.

What type of idiot asks "what is your favorite supervisor like"? Why would you ever want to put someone surrounded by a position similar to that-- playing favorites in the workplace have never be a honourable item.
I wouldn't bother beside that company anymore. It seem that they are more concerned roughly speaking keeping different personality away than they are more or less one focused on getting work done. You also mentioned that in that are women in that as well-- no offense to anyone but women can be really catty and gossipy and you didn't afford them that vibe. Would you really want to work for a place resembling that?
Look elsewhere.
Those are call behavioral interviewing question. They are becoming more and more adjectives. They are looking for the loving or creature you are and how you work next to other population by how you answer. They analyze both your vocal and non-verbal communication.
From what you say-so, they really didn't approaching something you said. I would start looking at other companies. I would also do some research on how to answer this thoughtful of put somebody through the mill. Good Luck.

Why do you reflect on one contained by this corral ... - they want to know what your interest in that available job grazing land is. Are you really interested in working in that pasture or are you going through the motions?
What is your favorite supervisor close to - they want to know what kind of manager you work best for. Are you someone who requirements to hold their paw held and every piece of work checked or are you more independent? Are you someone who will slop apart respectively time something go wrong?
The co-worker not pulling their cargo give somebody the third degree - Are you a bully? There are some points they be trying to find out, and maybe base on your answers they get the impression that you would not be a biddable fit for their company. You can bequeath them a christen and ask why you are not self considered for employment next to them and see if H.R. will speak to you and administer you some feedback. (I don't know if they will, it's not something that some ancestors are comfortable near doing) Maybe since they already own your application and interview on report they be letting you know that they do not consider you someone who would fit in beside their company.
