How to return with out of a buying a home..?
My husband and I signed a purchase and public sale agreement next to a realtor to buy a house.We be suppose to close 8/24/07 and in attendance is a 7 sunshine extension extent, this be base on financing...our lender occasionally consultation to us and when she does she tell us we can't afford this home, or puts us down or get only plain rude..We own told the lender and unadulterated estate agent that we can not afford this home due to the amount of payments that have be quoted to us, but but they are still trying to receive us approved.the agent tell us we hold to keep on until 8/31/07 until that time we can say-so okay we aren't getting it, but is here anyway to return with out of this NOW as we know we CAN NOT afford this home?
PLEASE WE NEED ANSWERS NOW.

If you know that you won't qualify for the financing, what's the rush to win out of the contract today? The 31st is singular four days away, so freshly keep on. I presume your concern is losing your earnest money deposit? More information would cause it easier to address your concerns.

Just continue it out a few more days. Lenders are getting tough on financing and if you haven't be approved but, you probably won't bring back approved (if you aren't putting a sizeable down clearance down).
You don't hold to linger for anything. Getting into a loan is much easier than getting out of it. Go to the website for the Better Business Bureau to see if they already hold complaints on any of these party. If nearby aren't any, name the Bureau going on for your situation since you sign anything.
Your closing may be merely an hour or two, but a fruitless mortgage will later for years. Please take care.
