I phone my customers periodically throughout the year and once a year to say-so THANK YOU FOR BEING MY CUSTOMER. I also am looking into a customer appreciation dinner or picnic subsequent year. I LOVE MY CUSTOMERS.
I would show them that I be LISTENING to them -- in need distraction.

I would try to relate to the customer and assemble their NEEDS by supplying the best service I could.
I enjoy a home base business in the vigour and wellness area (www.healthandwealthalways.com... haven't met any of my customers, the company get them for me through their infomercials...however, I hold built a relationship near them long distance...I dispatch them a postcard from my hometown, thank them for placing an establish, I transport them Gift of Health Certificates...just about anyone ever get a handwritten data anymore, so every month or so, I will lug the time to drop them a chain...

Call them stern intuitively a couple of weeks after you've made the mart and ask for TRUE feedback on the product. How do you resembling it? Are you delighted? Would you recommend it to a friend?
