By mortal honest.
if I screw something up, I pocket the blame for it. If they ask if something have be done and it hasn't, I put in the picture them it hasn't be done. If they ask me to do something, I try my best to do it.
i t earn trust. it is a fragile piece, be honest, and relations respect you and trust you. Lie, and that trust is gone forever.
integrity isn't something you can see, get the impression or touch, but it's in attendance or it isn't.
