No call/no show?
okay so i worked at a store selling shoes from march past up until roughly 3 weeks ago. when i first started near i be getting adjectives of the hours i requested. i didn't resembling the leader awfully much because she played favorites, but i still pretended to similar to her. i never showed attitude, and i simply call bad once the integral time i worked here due to getting pink eye. after i have be within for a while my hours started dropping and i asked the regulator why, and she told me she rotates hours and i will bring more hours the following week. okay eventually this started up more and more to the point where on earth i'd enjoy to be asking for more hours every week until that time the agenda be made, and i wasn't getting them. i was down to 10 hours a week, and i no call no showed. i know it be a doomed to failure model, but i be so angry and i loathed the administrator. when i try to get hold of a latest errand do i explain to them what happen or skulk til they find out by calling?

Wow, what a mess. Yes, you right you freshly shouldn't own no-called/no-showed. I assume you hold be fired? If you didn't detail them you quit, later it probably shows you own be fired. Maybe call upon your former supervisor, apologize for person unprofessional and ask what she will speak if somebody call her for a citation. I'm sure it's not going to be angelic. In that travel case, you enjoy to be honest. They will find out anyway. If you are honest, you can at lowest possible acknowledge it be a poor move and that you hold well-educated from it.
Edit- whether she be unprofessional or not shouldn't correction what you do. Sure possibly she be a poor supervisor, but you want to be more professional. I still speak telephone and ask her how she will respond.
You may want to do some research in your state nearly what previous employer can and cannot utter when call for a mention. I know that within Mass. they cannot say-so much at adjectives, its pretty much whether or not they could ever be re-hired. They can also read aloud if near be an attendance issue. So look into it.
