Legal designation renovation interview!? PLEASE HELP?

So I'm filling out my legally recognized name loose change request form. You HAVE to state a minimum of 3 reasons surrounded by my province.

I only enjoy one reason so far - it's exceedingly hard to pronounce.

Help please. 10 points!!

Answers:    1. Difficult to pronounce;
2. Difficult to spell;
3. You don't close to the name;
4. People are mean/make fun of your current designation;

Here are other reasons (and the citation to the website below):

There are miscellaneous reasons for requesting a autograph change. It may be base on events such as divorce, or it may simply be based on dissatisfaction near the name. Some other duly common reason include:

* Taking the natural father’s christen (e.g., after being born out of marriage vows or adopted).
* Changing to the mother's maiden name (e.g., after a divorce).
* Identifying near a foreign nationality (e.g., to show grandparents’ nationality).
* A cumbersome signature (e.g., difficult to spell and/or pronounce).
* Professional identity (e.g., legally maintain a maiden name or varying to a pen name).
* Gay or lesbian (e.g., both partners want to share equal last name).

There are rude reasons for varying a name that will result surrounded by denial of the application and even consequences. For example, the new moniker cannot be identical to a famous person or other famous individual, if the intent is to defraud others. In ornament, you cannot change your term to avoid debts.
