Would this be too presumptuous for a 1st interview?

I applied to a livelihood as rule assistant within another state. The institution I applied to indicated that singular shortlisted applicants would be notify, and I just now received a rota for a phone interview. The interview is subsequent week... angelic sign right? I will in actuality be contained by that state the following weekend to call on some friends, and I be wondering whether it would be ok for me to detail my interviewer that I will be in the nouns surrounded by suitcase they want to bestow me a 2nd interview myself? Would it be too presumptuous to mention it? I really want to engender a worthy dent. Please comfort!

I don't see any problem in briefly bringing this up, preferably via email. Just don't push it - they may want to conduct the interview over the phone for a rationale.
