What is the difference between a sturdy working member of staff and a sluggish member of staff who pretends to be hardworking?
in the eyes of the employer, they are both valubale assets to the company, except nearby is a big difference
Answers: hardworking employee will get hold of the job done and most expected move on to bigger and better things..or move onto another dept and/or move to anything company i.e. paying better.
a lazy hand that appears to be hardworking is valuable also b/c when nugged a bit they'll return with the work done, but they may even be valued more than a hardworking employee b/c they're staying next to the company for life. They hold no aspirations to do better or want bettter. They do their job nought more or nothing smaller amount. The company knows that they count on them to be here and get simply their job done...their requirement.
Sometimes a company doesn't vista an "up start" (hardworking) as they're called as prized b/c these ppl will most likely try to gun for difficult positions and if they don't get them after they will start rocking the boat. No company likes an hand that cause side...it makes for unsatifactory work environment especially if the market research in the company or the dept is adjectives about smooth sailing and doing your situation nothing more or nought less. Every company requests worker bees (worker bees are happy purely doing the job i.e. assigned to them) w/o working bees company wouldn't run. But on the flip side you need a hardworking individual that have leadership intrinsic worth also to keep the worker bee's within line...if you be hired as a worker bee but have concept of grandeur and breaking out of formation later you're going to cause trouble surrounded by the hive.
