I used to work as a company trainer and as a credit controller, would some examples of dealing near sorrowful customers do this? Or repeating like training sessions? If so would I dispense exact details! ahh i dream up i enjoy be looking at this too long!

I guess dealing next to downcast customers is a unfaultable example of overcoming obstacle. I focus I would confer 1 or 2 specific examples of how you succeded or possibly even an instance where on earth you might enjoy ruined (if you have) but well-educated a lesson. Maybe 1 of respectively would be the best. Don't over-explain the situation...a concise answer is best.
